Athletes need physical ability AND skill to perform optimally. At HipWorks, we help put the two together, with an emphasis on learning mechanics, building confidence, and promoting a passion for physical movement.

Our coaches work with all levels of athletes (from basic to advanced) on improving sport-specific skills and game IQ. We believe the best way to coach is comprehensive: tell them, show them, do with them, and apply it for them. And we know if our athletes aren’t enjoying themselves, they’ll never learn to love the game–FUN is always emphasized!

HipWorks offers Skills Training for:

  • Football skill positions focused on: Running Backs, Linebackers, Receivers & DB (small group and individual sessions)
  • Basketball: ball handling, layups, shooting, passing, etc.
